What was the initial situation?

When Flash partnered with Indexed Lab in July 2025, they had virtually no online visibility. The brand wasn’t appearing in Google AI Overviews, had no presence in ChatGPT results, and sat on the third page of conventional Google search, far from where customers were making decisions.
